Early stage
1. Customers can tell the company which products they are interested in through websites, emails, WeChat public accounts, text messages, phone calls and other contact methods.
2. The company will reply to customers in a short time to discuss and determine the product models of interest, whether customization is required, prices and order quantities and other related aspects.
3. Customers can apply for sample orders from the company, and the company will provide a small amount of samples (generally within two kilograms) for free proofing according to customer requirements.
4. After the customer determines that the sample meets satisfactory quality standards, the company will determine the formal purchase order contract, including but not limited to delivery date, order quantity, commodity price, packaging requirements and payment method and other contract details.
Mid-term
1. After the order contract is determined, both parties will stamp and send it back, the contract will take effect, and the company will arrange the warehouse for shipment.
2. While the customer is waiting for delivery, the company will follow up the progress of the goods logistics in real time to ensure that the goods are delivered to the customer on time and accurately in accordance with the contract requirements.
3. After the customer mentions the goods and confirms that there is no problem with the quality of the goods, it is determined that the customer has received the goods and the order contract is terminated.
Later
For any quality problems that occur during the shelf life of the product, the company's after-sales service will always follow up and properly resolve any possible after-sales problems.
